RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Contact Us First


Before returning any defective item, please contact us at service@missysecret.com to obtain the return address and further instructions.

 

2. Non-Returnable Items


For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Bikinis

  • Swimwear

  • Underwear

  • Certain accessories (e.g., earrings, stockings, body piercings, etc.)

Note: Items with the pink tag removed are also non-returnable.
Final sale items (typically discounted over 50% and ending in *.55, *.88, *.99, or *.98) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

 


 

30-Day Product Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with your item, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
Please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us with a photo or video explaining the issue.

  2. Indicate whether you prefer a refund or replacement.

  3. Return the item within 30 days of receipt.

Once we receive and inspect the return to confirm it's in resaleable condition, we’ll issue your refund (excluding shipping fees).

 


 

Change of Mind Returns
  • If your order hasn’t shipped: We can cancel it free of charge.

  • If your order has shipped: You may still return it, but the return shipping cost will be your responsibility. Contact us at service@missysecret.com for the return address and details.

 


 

Defective / Incorrect Items

 

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we’ll replace it at no cost to you.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or being unclaimed, contact us for assistance.

 

 


 

Refund Process

 

We have received the returned item and will process the refund within 3 business days. PayPal typically takes 1-7 days, and credit card processing takes 3-14 business days. Please contact us or your card issuer promptly if there are any delays.

  • If the return is due to customer reasons (e.g., change of mind), you are responsible for return shipping.

  • If the issue is our fault (e.g., wrong or defective item), we cover the return shipping.

 

No restocking fees will be charged for any return.
