DELIVERY INFORMATION

UPS and DHL deliver to the address provided at checkout. If you’re not available during delivery:

  • Home address: They may attempt redelivery the next business day or leave your parcel at a nearby pickup point. A notice will be left.

  • Office address: They will try to deliver up to 3 times. If all attempts fail, the parcel may be returned or sent to a local pickup point.

  • In some regions, your package may be left in a secure location.
